FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • HOW DO I BOOK A TEEPEE SLEEPOVER?
    You can contact us via our Contact Page, WhatsApp, Email, Facebook or Instagram. If your required date is available, we will send you our Booking Form to complete.
  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
    We cover a 15 mile radius from Olney (MK46). Delivery is free within 5 miles. Delivery charges apply if over 5 miles. Please contact us if you are 15+ miles and we will try to accommodate.
  • DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
    We require a non-refundable £50 security deposit at the time of booking and this will be deducted from the balance of your booking. We also require a £50 damage deposit and this will be added to your invoice. This will be refunded within 7 days of your sleepover if there is no damage.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    You may cancel your booking at any time, but your £50 security deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for our for full cancellation policy.
  • HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR A TEEPEE SLEEPOVER?
    The space required for each teepee is approximately 160cm x 90cm. The breakfast trays measure an additional 56cm x 36cm and these will go at the bottom of each teepee (these are optional). You must make sure there is enough space and a clear exit route in case of emergency.
  • WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH A TEEPEE SLEEPOVER?
    Each teepee comes with a mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet, blankets, cushions, breakfast tray, battery operated string lights, and themed accessories. We will provide pillowcases, but you will need to provide the pillows.
  • WHAT DO THE GUESTS SLEEP ON?
    We provide super comfortable wipeable mattresses.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A TEEPEE SLEEPOVER?
    It takes approximately 1 hour to set up your teepee sleepover, and 1 hour to take down. However, this will vary depending on how many guests and add-ons you require.
  • ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR TEEPEE SLEEPOVERS?
    The teepees are suitable for children from 5 years old, up to approximately 13 years old. The teepees are not suitable for children under 5 years old.
  • ARE THE TEEPEES SAFE?
    Safety is paramount and our teepees comply with UKCA/CE Regulations and are marked on the woodwork.
  • WHAT TIME DO YOU SET UP AND PICK UP?
    All times will be agreed and confirmed at the time of booking.
  • HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
    Your booking is for one night.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER THEMES?
    Please contact us if you require something bespoke.
  • DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
    We have public liability insurance.

    The space required for a pamper party is approximately 230cm x 160cm for one table. If you require two tables, we will provide you with separate measurements. You must make sure there is enough space and a clear exit route in case of emergency.
  • WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE PAMPER PARTY?
    Our Pamper Party package includes a low table, canopy with foliage, decor, fluffy cushions and beauty tools. Our Pamper Party Ultimate also comes with beauty products.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A PAMPER PARTY?
    It takes approximately 1 hour to set up a pamper party, and 1 hour to take down. However, this will vary depending on how many guests and add-ons you require.

  • WHAT PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PAMPER PARTY ULTIMATE?
    All beauty products for our Pamper Party Ultimate will be age appropriate, and will include for example; face mask, under eye gel patches, micellar water, cleanser, moisturiser, cotton wool, hand scrub and hand moisturiser. Beauty products for adults will vary, and prices are available on request.
  • ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR PAMPER PARTIES?
    Our pamper parties are suitable for any age, including adults.
  • DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
    We have public liability insurance.
