Please read our terms and conditions in full before making a booking.
The customer ('You, Your') agrees that by booking our services You accept these terms and conditions ('Terms') and it is Your responsibility to make sure that anyone receiving our services does so safely.
1. HIRE CHARGES
1.1 There is a minimum hire requirement of 2 teepees for teepee sleepovers. There is a minimum requirement of 4 guests for pamper parties. There is a maximum of 25 children for each princess booked for our princess parties. If you have a larger party You will need to book an additional princess, subject to availability.
1.2 Bookings are only confirmed once a £50 non-refundable security deposit has been received from You, together with a completed booking form. You have 72 hours from when we send You the booking form to complete and return this along with Your security deposit, otherwise, Your chosen date will be released and may no longer be available.
1.3 Following receipt of Your completed booking form and non-refundable £50 security deposit, we will confirm Your booking and issue You with an invoice. The full balance is due at least 7 days before the date of Your event, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel Your booking.
1.4 If You are booking a teepee sleepover or pamper party, a £50 damage deposit will also be added to Your invoice. Your damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of Your event following inspection of all equipment and accessories. If there is any damage to the equipment, we reserve the right to retain Your damage deposit.
1.5 When booking a teepee sleepover or pamper party You may reduce the number of guests and add-ons You require up to 14 days before the date of Your event. If You give less than 14 days' notice, You will be charged for the number of guests and add-ons confirmed on Your booking form. You may request additional guests and add-ons at any time, subject to availability.
1.6 The price includes free travel costs (within a 5 mile radius of MK46). We will charge a travel fee if over 5 miles (please refer to our prices).
1.7 The prices for teepee sleepovers and pamper parties includes assembly, styling and collection the following day.
1.8 You must have suitable parking and access at Your chosen address for any event booked with us. Any charges incurred from parking will be invoiced to You.
1.9 All prices are subject to change however prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

2. HIRE PERIOD

2.1 The hire period for teepee sleepovers and pamper parties is for one night, however extra nights can be arranged for an additional cost and only if agreed in writing with us.
​2.2 All times will be agreed at the time of booking and we do everything possible to ensure we arrive at the agreed time. However, delays may occur due to severe traffic problems, road closures or accidents. We accept no liability for events outside of our control, and in the case of princess parties, we will only charge you for the amount of time our performers are at Your party.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 You may cancel Your booking at any time but Your £50 security deposit is non-refundable.
3.2 The date of Your event can be amended at any time, subject to availability of themes, dates and performers (if applicable). Your new date will need to be within 12 months of the original date.
3.3 We shall not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control or if they are caused by You.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel Your booking at any time for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. We will refund Your security deposit and Your damage deposit (if paid) unless the cancellation is due to Your breach of these Terms.
4. SET UP AND SPACE FOR TEEPEE SLEEPOVERS AND PAMPER PARTIES
4.1 You must be present at the agreed times for set up and collection of the equipment.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate space:

The space required for each teepee and mattress is approximately 160cm x 90cm minimum.

The breakfast trays measure an additional 36cm x 56cm and these go at the bottom of each teepee (these are optional). These can also be placed on the bed to avoid using any further space.

The space required for pamper parties is approximately 230cm x 160cm. If You require two tables, we will need to provide You with separate measurements.

There must be a clear exit route in case of emergencies and to ensure safety.
4.3 We will not refund in full or in part any monies paid in the event that adequate space is not available.
4.4 You must ensure that the area is clear, free from furniture, and clean before our arrival. We are not responsible for the removal of furniture to enable the sleepover or pamper party to be set up.
4.5 Any delays caused by the set up area not being ready at the agreed time may result in the cancellation of our services and loss of Your full payment.

5. DAMAGE TO TEEPEE AND PAMPER EQUIPMENT
5.1 You are responsible for all equipment during the hire period, and You must make sure that no one climbs on or damages the teepees, pamper equipment, or any other equipment we provide in any way.
5.2 Any damage to the teepees, pamper equipment, or any other equipment we provide will result in the loss of Your damage deposit either in part or in full. This includes stains on any of the equipment including teepees, bedding, pamper equipment, and all soft furnishings.
5.3 If the cost to replace the damaged or missing items exceeds the value of the damage deposit an additional invoice will be issued for payment. A breakdown of replacement charges for each item is contained in the non-exhaustive list below:

5.4 All guests must avoid eating food in the teepees or near any of the accessories. We also ask that any nail varnish is completely dry and all makeup is removed for teepee sleepovers. You must make sure that slime, chewing gum, face paints and all other messy items are kept away from the teepees and equipment.
5.5 Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere near or in the vicinity of the teepees or pamper equipment, and if done so, all equipment will need to be professionally cleaned and will result in the loss of Your damage deposit.
5.6 All naked flames must be kept away from the equipment.
5.7 We kindly ask that all pets are kept away from the equipment.
5.8 The set up and take down of equipment must only be performed by us.
6. SAFETY DURING TEEPEE AND PAMPER PARTIES
6.1 We have suitable public liability insurance and safety is of the utmost importance to us.
6.2 It is Your responsibility to ensure that children are supervised at all times during the sleepover or pamper party and You are responsible for the care and safety of all children during the hire period.
6.3 We are not responsible for the care and safety of the children and cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to a child or anyone else during the hire period.
6.4 Unless agreed otherwise, children under 5 are not permitted to play with or use the teepees, pamper equipment or any other equipment we provide in any way.
6.5 We accept no responsibility for damage to Your home or possessions while hosting a sleepover or pamper party.
6.6 We cannot accept liability for events that occur outside of our control including any hazards, or dangers within Your home or chosen venue.
6.7 Party Dreaming shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property as a result of You or Your guests failing to comply with these Terms or any other instructions, manuals, rules or other information provided to You for the safe and successful use of the teepees, pamper equipment and any other equipment we provide during the hire period.
6.8 It is Your responsibility to inform guests of these Terms.

7. PRINCESS PARTIES
​
7.1 Once You have paid your security deposit we will confirm all details with you. In rare circumstances your performer may not be available, and we reserve the right to change your performer and will notify you of any changes.
7.2 We do not accept any form of abuse, whether verbal or physical, from adults or children, and our performers reserve the right to terminate the party immediately if they feel threatened or uncomfortable in any way.
7.3 Disclaimer: Party Dreaming is in no way associated, in partnership with, or affiliated in any way with any brands, and does not wish to infringe any copyright laws. All of our performers are inspired by, but in no way affiliated or associated with any characters.

8. ALLERGIES
8.1 Please advise us in advance if a guest has an allergy to a particular food item, beauty product, bedding or washing powder so we can accommodate You.
8.2 It is Your responsibility to seek consent from parents/carers for all pamper, beauty and food items you have requested from us and You must notify us at least 14 days before the date of Your event of any skin or food allergies.
8.3 We use quality products and follow strict hygiene.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY
​
9.1 We may share Your reviews and photographs of the teepees, pamper parties and equipment set up at Your chosen address on our website, social media (i.e Facebook and Instagram) and other platforms. In receiving our services, You consent and agree to us sharing these for promotional use. No images of children will be shown without Your permission. If You do not consent, You must inform us before the date of Your sleepover or pamper party.
9.2 Equipment, themes, costumes and performers seen in all photographs on our website, social media or other platform are indicative only and are subject to change at our discretion.
